We're excited to welcome local makers, artisans, bakers, growers, and small businesses to our annual Christmas Market. Our goal is to create a thoughtfully curated shopping experience that offers guests a unique selection of high-quality products in a beautiful venue.

PLEASE NOTE
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
- Vendors will be selected based on product quality, uniqueness, booth presentation, and creating a balanced shopping experience.
- Successful applicants will receive a Vendor Contract and Vendor Information Guide.
- Booth spaces are confirmed only after the signed Vendor Contract and payment have been received.
- Applicants not initially selected may be placed on a waitlist.

We’ve been made aware of scammers contacting vendors regarding applications and asking for payment. These emails often try to impersonate us by using the same sender name and an email address that is close to ours.
Please keep the following in mind:
- All official communication regarding applications, vendor selection, and contracts will come directly from our official email addresses. ( or )
- The only official vendor application is available on this page
- Selected vendors will be sent an official contract from one of the above emails. Once we receive a signed copy, an invoice will be sent and can then be paid via cash, cheque or e-transfer.
