Yes! Westwood Estates offers venue booking year-round, whether you want to hold your event in the warmth of summer or in the snow during winter. Our venue is complete with heat and AC to make our space comfortable for your guests any time of year.

Our venue has the capacity to hold 200 of your guests comfortably. There is overflow space available in the shop, however, we will note that air conditioning is not available in this space.

Our bar is operated by our trained bartenders for the safety and enjoyment of your guests. The bar is also completely stocked by Westwood Estates, so you don’t have to worry about purchasing and transporting your alcohol. We hold a liquor license, so you don’t have to worry about coordinating with the AGLC.

Drinks are $4.00 each, going up to $5.00 in 2026. You can choose to have a cash, ticket or loonie/toonie bar.

Head to our Venue page to learn more.

As of right now, we are unable to offer camping. However, there is a campground at the Ponoka Stampede grounds, just 4 minutes from the venue.

Because we only offer one-day booking at this time, all decorating and clean up must happen within your booking.

You have access to the venue from 9 am until 12 am. Extra time can be added to your event for an additional $200/hr starting at 7am and going as late as 3am. We request that you be completely cleaned up as soon as possible to allow our team to lock up the venue for the night.

We are an open vendor venue, so we encourage you to work with the vendors of your choice for decor, catering, flowers and anything else your event may need.

There are no overnight accommodations at Westwood Estates, however, hotels are as close as 3 minutes away. We are happy to provide information on hotels that are near our venue.

Yes! Westwood Estates is happy to host your event, whether it is a Christmas party, corporate event, family reunion, or any other event. Please contact us for pricing for your event.
