Venue
Westwood Estates venue is a completely new construction that offers a unique setting for your event. While it is brand new and comes with all the amenities of a modern structure, it has architectural features reminiscent of quaint barns.
We know how stressful it can be to book two different venues for your wedding day. Westwood Estates offers the space to hold both your wedding ceremony and reception at one location. That means only coordinating with one venue and decorating one space, and your guests won’t get lost transitioning from the ceremony to the reception. There is even a breezeway connecting the two buildings at our venue, making it easy to transition from ceremony to reception, even if the weather is bad.
The loft in the barn creates additional seating and stunning photo opportunities. Our venue has capacity for 200 people comfortably.
Everything is here to help you prepare for your event, including a bridal suite and groom's room.

Bar & Kitchen
No party is complete without food and drinks. Westwood Estates is completely equipped to ensure your event is full of laughter and celebration and your guests have everything they need. We have a warming kitchen for your caterers to prepare your food.
We also have a bar within the venue, which is operated by our trained bartenders. The bar is also completely stocked by Westwood Estates, so you don’t have to worry about purchasing and transporting your alcohol. It is a cash bar only.
Alcoholic drinks are $5.00 each and water and pop are free of charge.
As well, if you have anything special you would like at the bar, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
There are three options for how the bar is operated, which you can choose from:
Cash
Guests can purchase tickets themselves. Tickets will be purchased at the bar.
Open
We will need a deposit based on the amount of guests attending. You will be billed the outstanding amount after the event, or part of your deposit will be refunded.
Loonie/Toonie
We will need a deposit (50% of the open bar deposit) based on the amount of guests attending. Guests are charged $1-2/drink. We will charge you the outstanding amount ($3-4/drink) after the event, or part of your deposit will be refunded.
Bridal Suite & Groom's Room
Getting ready for the big day is a special part of the wedding experience. Our spacious and beautifully designed bridal suite is perfect for our brides and their squads. There are vanity spaces, comfy seating, and natural light for that perfect pre-wedding glow-up. Meanwhile, the Groom's Room is a laid-back space for the guys to relax and prepare, complete with all the essentials for looking sharp. With these spaces right on-site, there's no need to rush around town on your wedding day. Enjoy the luxury of getting ready in a stress-free environment, surrounded by the love and laughter of your closest friends and family.
